Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, and personalized products, are non-returnable.

Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Shipping the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
